  My initial experience with House of Spirits was fine. They were willing to waive the deposit for a keg as I had an empty shell to trade in. I became a repeat customer and came here frequently to fill my kegerator. However, as a result of my last experience I will never be purchasing here again. I called to place an order for a 15.5 gallon keg. I was told that I had to come in to place the order. I informed them this would be somewhat inconvenient and they were very rude rather than simply explaining the reason behind this policy. I then asked how much the price was for a beer that I hadn't ordered before and when it would arrive. They told me that they couldn't give me prices over the phone - even though I had done this a number of times before. If you are in the market for a keg (or any liquor) I would recommend going somewhere else.
