  Service is the slowest I’ve seen among the Panera branch I’ve been. The store was not busy at all and I was the 4th on the line and there was one behind me. I left the line after waiting for 15 minutes. The other lady in front of me left as well. Will never come back to this store. We ended up at Mimi’s Cafe next door.

  Food were great good flavor I hope the cashier I had needs more training specially customer service bec they're the first front people. The floor workers we're great hard working & I'm sure the prep kitchen crew also our food came on time. Hopefully tips done as a group split.
