  Terrible travel agency!!! Worst customer services ever! Never take any responsibility to the travelers. Please look for different travel agency. This one never can be trust. No word can describe this travel agency, except worst!!

  Just returned from the US west coast 10 days tour, very disappointed with this company. The 3 day Vargas tour, they don't tell you they will take you to the same (company owned, so call Vargas Buffet) restaurant EVERYDAY. Only quick at charging money and tell you that's not refundable. One won't pay USD $45 for 3 meals eating the same ShXt at the same place. Half of the tour guides can't speak proper English when there are other international travellers on board. One driver/guide to San Diego was speedy dangerous. When you book US tour from Sydney travel agents, make sure you wont be hosted by this company (also called Ctour). But unfortunately they are dominating the market and most the agents do refer customers to them.

  It also names Ctour Holiday. Jointed MB8 in May 2017. Tour was ok if you did not expect better; company is bad; tour guide was rude and greedy! Company refused to deal with complaint.
