  Overall great experience every time. They always greet you with a smile and make sure you are getting the best deal. There are closer car rentals near my residence, but we still choose to come to the Avis in Monrovia because of their awesome customer service.

  Booked a car through corporate Avis and when I took a cab from my hotel to this location. The counter agents inform me that they don't have any cars. Instead of helping me find another they just shrugged there shoulders and left the front desk leaving me alone in the lobby. My absolute worst customer experience to date.
